Job description

Location: Tokyo, Japan 

Working hours: Full time (Monday - Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm flexible)


Role mission: providing assist for a country manager in administrative stuff and help improve productivity

  • acting as a first point of contact: answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

  • maintaining schedules and arranging appointments

  • typing, preparing and collating reports

  • organising and servicing meetings

  • managing databases

  • prioritising workloads

  • liaising with relevant organisations and clients

  • coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

  • logging or processing bills or expenses

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

  • high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English

  • integrity and professionalism

  • proficiency in MS Office

  • exceptional communication skills – clear, consistent and persuasive
