Reports to: Country Manager in Business Development Japan

 

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Account Manager that will be responsible for activating our clients in digital and social media environment.

 

You'll be responsible for assisting Country Manager in delivering ideas to our clients and agencies, giving them strategic recommendations, conducting and reporting social media campaigns. IndaHash creates future not only in social media but also in digital communication. We help top global advertiser to connect with influencers in fast & easy way thanks to automated tools that we provide. You will have an opportunity to work with experienced and awarded professionals from advertising and digital marketing world.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Working on influencer campaigns and activating the most important brands in digital and social environment,

  • Executing excellent communication between all stakeholders, influencers and the Client

  • Reaching out to Influencers, matching them with Client needs and lead them through suitable campaigns

  • Maintaining long term relationships with influencers in the Japan region

  • Conducting campaigns on social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

  • Making strategic recommendations and creating reports for our direct Clients and Agencies

Key challenges for the next months:

  • maintaining fruitful relationships with business partners

  • activating the most important world brands in digital and social media environment

  • supporting in delivering ideas to dedicated clients and agencies

  • giving strategic recommendations, conducting social media campaign and reporting results

Requirements

We are looking for Account Manager who has: 

  • a solid understanding of market targets and budgets, media industry and new business development

  • proven track record of effective client service and account management

  • a good network in the media and advertising industry

  • the ability to nourish fruitful relationships and build trust by delivering consistent exceptional services

  • delivering advertising campaigns experience

  • strong experience with the digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)

  • 2-3 years of Client Management experience in a media or digital agency

  • excellent negotiation and organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
