Reports to: Country Manager in Business Development Japan

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Account Executive that will be responsible for activating our clients in digital and social media environment.

You'll be responsible for assisting Country Manager in delivering ideas to our clients and agencies, giving them strategic recommendations, conducting and reporting social media campaigns. IndaHash creates future not only in social media but also in digital communication. We help top global advertiser to connect with influencers in fast & easy way thanks to automated tools that we provide. You will have an opportunity to work with experienced and awarded professionals from advertising and digital marketing world.

Key challenges for the first 3 months:

  • seeking opportunities and potential business partnerships

  • conducting successful negotiations with clients

  • creating informative and interesting presentations and displays

  • getting to know all the new trends connected with influencer, digital and social media

  • conducting campaigns for clients (the biggest brands)

Key challenges for the next months:

  • maintaining fruitful relationships with business partners

  • looking for organisations and clients online (especially on social media)

  • contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • activating the most important world brands in digital and social media environment

  • supporting in delivering ideas to dedicated clients and agencies

  • giving strategic recommendations, conducting social media campaign and reporting results


Are you a great Account Executive candidate?

  • do you have an experience within B2B sector (media/ advertising, tech and startups) and B2C influencers: young talents and creators (mainly those using Instagram) ?

  • have you got contacts in media houses/agencies ?

  • are you able to build a long-lasting relations with them?

  • do you have experience in using social networks and digital channels within the communication mix (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)?

If you answered "YES" to most of these questions, you could be a perfect fit for us!

It would be perfect if you:

  • are up to date with social media trends, especially know what is going on Instagram

  • are curious about influencer marketing

  • use "follow" button regularly

  • have a light pen to write engaging texts

  • know how to make a good presentation and inspire others

  • love to brainstorm and look for innovative ideas

  • use social media on a daily basis

  • never forget to smile and spread positive energy around you!
